WE HAVE A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
You will have 14 days from the day you received your order to return for an exchange or a refund for store credit. To be eligible for returns, item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must still have the tag on it, and must be in the original packaging. When returning please include the receipt for proof of purchase.
To start your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the item that you wish to return. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item is eligible for a return.
For exchanging an item , place a new order for the item that you wish to exchange and a refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.
For returning an item, we will issue a Store Credit via email for the cost of item including tax once we ensure the item is in good conditions.
If there is any issues regarding an exchange or a return you will be contacted.
When your order is received please inspect your order to make sure the item/s are not damaged or defected. If your item/s are damaged or defected contact us immediately. We ask that you send us back the item/s so that we can issue a refund for your order. A refund will not be issued until we receive your item/s
